I have dry thick, wavy hair. Right now I'm using Alberto Balsam shampoo (Tea Tree Oil). My problem is, everytime my hair dries, it will look super thick and wavy (in all the wrong directions) any good hair moisturizers or leave on products that can moisturize my hair? I hate using hair gel though.
Dry Hair S.O.S?
conditioning treatments really work! you could also try a leave in treatment. the one i use acts as a gel as well so you probably wouldn't like it. it's sebastian's potion #9. you should try the fructis line by garnier or aussie has really good products as well. i love them but can't use them all the time...they leave an unhealthy buildup on my scalp. gl;)
Reply:Try putting TRESemme vitamin A+D conditioner in BEFORE you WET your hair or wash it. Let it sit through your entire shower and then wash it out with the corresponding shampoo. Condition again with leave in conditioner such as INfusium 23. Pretreat hair with heat protecting serum, theres one by TRESemme that works wonders. If you don't have a blow dryer with a diffuser GET one. use a round brush as well as a vented brush to get your hair dry. Then spray with loose hold Aussie sprunch spray. It will be softer and smoother but still thick. IF that doesn't work try using honey in your hair leave it over night and in the morning carefully wash it out your hair will have more shiny and be moisturized.
Reply:try the aussie line i have super dry hair n it leaves my hair feeling great
Reply:this might sound silly, but before you wash your hair put mayonaise in it and leave it in for a few minutes. Make sure to wash it out with a moisture shampoo. Do this a couple times a week. It should help.
Reply:put an olive oil in your hair for half hour and thin wash it very Good with your shampoo do it twice a week and you will See a different after two weeks
