Feeling guilty, did I eat too much? how many calories are in this?

Breakfast:


A glass of milk with protein powder, four crackers, one banana





snack: a cup of yogurt





Lunch:


a cup of stir fried snap beans, a slice of whole wheat bread. Salad of one tomato and one cucumber.





snack: four crackers





dinner: stir fried bitter gourd (balsam pear), one white bread.








i'm 5'1" and 112 lbs. 22 yrs old girl.

Feeling guilty, did I eat too much? how many calories are in this?
OMG and you're still living? Not for long! Definitely are way short on protein and absolutely Calcium deficit! You should see a nutritionist or a dietician hon! They can get you all your nutrients without the calories!
Reply:If you listen careful you will hear a noise, it'll be your stomach gurgling and demanding more food.





You did not eat enough calories.





Good on you for eating the veg and the banana but you need more protein and better class of carbs in your diet - rye bread, wholemeal pasta, brown rice - that kind of thing.

Or just google calorie calculator im sure something will come up.....also you can buy little cheapo books that are for calorie counting everything.

Reply:perhaps too many crackers-but way too little everything else, you need more healthy, filling foods in your diet!! you're eating too little and all the wrong stuff!
Reply:i dont think thats too much at all... looks like its under 1500 cals. if anything... id say you need more protein...maybe add a little lean chicken breast or tofu to your stir fry.
