Please recommend to me, an AT HOME hair dye kit to use that offers all over, even hair coloring. I tried using Nice and Easy recently but it came out pretty splotchy despite the fact I saturated my hair with it AND combed it through. I have tried Balsam color, same result (and also bad damage). Natural instincts left my hair feeling and smelling good but also, uneven color.
I am thinking maybe something higher up in cost like Feria?

Give your self a treat, and quit waisting money. Get 'L'oreal'
It's a no brainer. The lady that works at the drugstore or cosmetic counter can help you. I have been using this brand for a long time. It stays forever. Very good products. Loads of colors to choose from.
Reply:My sister-in-law who manages an upscale salon says that Nice-n-Easy is pretty much the same as anything the professionals use as long as you want all-over-even-color. I use it all the time and the ONLY time I didn't get even color was when I combed it through. It was like I combed the color right out of my bangs (where I need the color the most).
Your question makes me wonder about the healthiness of your hair and what other chemical processes you have done to it. If I were you I would go have it done once with a professional and see what they recommend for maintenance. A good stylist will give you some insight about what is good and what is not.
Reply:I've had the best results with L'Oreal Excellence Creme. I have problems with uneven coloring also because I've dyed over highlights...the highlighted hair is more porous and doesn't hold color well. Good luck!
