Seaonal selections enters into a contract w/ arthurs tree farm.?

They are to purchase all the balsam fir tree boughs that it will need to make christmas wreaths for the christmas season. This contract is





A) A void contract based on illegal consideration


B) a requirements contract


C) Based on a promise that lacks consideration


D) An illusory contract


E) An outputs contract

I believe it is C. The agreement is based on a purchase of balsam boughs, but there is no agreement as to the selling price of said balsam fir boughs. However you might want to check your book as I haven't taken business law in a while.





Edit: The contract to sell is consideration on the part of the seller, but the lack of an agreed sale price is lack of consideration on the buyer's behalf.
