Growing seeds?

I've bought the following seeds

- Balsam

- Sweet William

- Carnation

- Nemophila [baby blue eyes]

I would like to know more infos about the above plants amd whether I can grow any of them in Singapore?

Growing seeds?
Just make the soil fertile first. Mix some compost with the soil. and then on this bed you can grow your seeds. Keep the soil moist but avoid over watering otherwise seeds will rot. Once seedlings are grown properly then you can plant them any where. But seasonals need good sunlight and fertilized soil for good flowering.

good luck!!!
Reply:Hi:

You can grow these seeds either directly into the ground or you can first grow them inside and get established before putting them in your ground.

If you are growing them from seed take a look at the page from my website on growing from seeds. This will give you some tips and steps to take to properly germinate your seeds.

If you are planting them directly out into a garden, be sure to properly prepare your soil before you plant. Once planted, make sure you water them regularly. I will also link you to the plan - prep - plant method page, as this is a great way to do any landscape project. Another section that might help you is my site map. This has everything that is on the website and may give you some tips and techniques on how to grow these from seeds or directly into the ground.

If you have any further questions on your seeds, feel free to contact me at the website. Good luck to you and have a great day!
